Training course on Food and Labeling Stadards for Proccessed Agri-Food

On October 10, 2019 at Institute of Standards of Cambodia, Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts held a training on food and labeling standard for processed agri-food
- organized by Institute of Standards of Cambodia and Mekong Institute ( MI) with Sponsored by the New Zerland Program.
The main objectives of this training are:
- increase awareness of food safety and its standards applicable throughout the food chain
- Gain an overview of the key elements of GMP and HACCP requirements related to food manufacturing
- Know the GMP and HACCP applications and implements for the production of high quality and safe products
- Understand the requirements for maintaining a working environment that minimizes risks due to food hazards
