The ISC, a government institute functioning within the purview of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy is the National Standards body of Cambodia. ISC actively promotes, standardization and conformity assessment activities and is a network of Cambodian people, companies and organizations that develop, promote and implement standards. Through the collaborative effort of ISC with all of the above bodies, Cambodia’s standards will help advance the social and economic well-being of the country and safeguard the health and safety of Cambodians. |

Company Member |
| |
A corporation, partnership or other entity that is created under the laws of the Cambodia that is engaged in industrial or commercial enterprise or professional, educational, research, testing or trade activity. Any affiliate, division or joint venture of a corporation, company, firm or partnership may be eligible for membership. |
Government Member |
| |
A department or agency of the Cambodian government interested in the work of the Cambodian Standards Development. |
Organizational Member |
| |
A not-for-profit scientific, technical, professional, labor, consumer, trade or other association or organization that is involved in standards, certification or related activities. |
Educational Member |
| |
A domestic, not-for-profit institution of higher learning, not otherwise eligible for membership, that is interested in the development of voluntary standards. |
International Member |
| |
An entity that is engaged in the activities of an organizational, company or educational member but that is not created under the laws of Cambodia. International members do not have voting rights. |
Individual Member |
| |
An individual member shall be a Cambodian citizen interested in the development of standards or related activities, who is not eligible for membership under any other membership category. |
 |
| |
The Company, Organizational and Government Member Forums represent the voice of their respective membership segments in the Institute. They provide a forum for dialogue on global standards and conformity assessment issues and an unique opportunity to network with representatives of other members of Cambodian Standards Development Member Program from a wide variety of industry sectors. All members Cambodian Standards Development Member Program are automatically registered in the appropriate member forum. |

participate in the meetings of the ISC National Standards Councils as observers |

propose, discuss on the issues from the scope of the Standards Development program of National Standards Council (NSC) |
| - |
propose candidates for the Technical Committees or Working Groups and stand as a candidate for and be elected as a member of the Technical Committees or Working Groups |
| - |
propose candidates, stand as a candidate for and be elected as a member of the National Standards Council through consumer association or producer association |
| - |
receive a copy of ISC bulletin free of charge |
| - |
a discount on Cambodian standards |
| - |
receive information about Cambodian, foreign , ASEAN, European, other regional standardization and international standardization |
| - |
receive information on the national standards bodies of the countries with which ISC has a co-operation agreement |
| - |
access to ISC’s internal regulations |
| - |
receive regular information on conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. organized by ISC |

use the fact of being a ISC member for promotional purposes. |
