Introduction
 
Standards Development, Training and Consultancy Department ( SDTC) is under of Institute of Standards of Cambodia (ISC) was established by Sub-Decree and has consistently been recognized as a provider for training and consultancy in the areas of quality assurance, quality management, standardization, conformity assessment and other related subjects.
H.E Suy Sem,
 

Minister of Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy,  attended the opening of the training program and gave a speech to support a training program  conducted by  ISC and to remark to all trainees to get a fruitful result.

SDTC offers food safety skill training program for food industry sectors. The training is divided into

  - Personal Hygiene
  - Food Safety Operations
  - Food Safety Management
  - Staff Training and Management

Food safety training is essential to the commercial  viability of a company/organisation as it:
